If you are a main contractor that needs assistance tendering/working on a heritage asset as part of a larger project for example an estate of buildings, a school, a hospital or insurance work, I can provide assistance at tender stage and/or when on site. 

 

Things I may be able to help you with:

• Advice on materials, techniques, M&E and programme at RIBA Stages 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7. 

• Advise on building defects and repairs. 

• Listed Building Consent and Conservation Area Consent applications together with the required Heritage, Design and Access statements. 

• On-site advice during the project either at regular intervals or on an Ad-hoc basis. 

• Inspection of works and snagging prior to Practical Completion/handover. 

• Advise on post-completion maintenance regimes/assistance with preparing the relevant sections of the O&M manual.
