I undertake instructions on behalf block management companies/managing agents, these generally entail getting to the bottom of defects and writing schedules of work.

Things I may be able to help you with:

• Drone surveys and reports on high-level areas e.g. chimneys, roof coverings/rooflights, fascias, soffits and rainwater goods etc.

• Scientific diagnosis and reporting on moisture (damp) related issues around the property (inside individual properties and/or communal areas including roof spaces and basements). 

• Advice on timber decay and remedial works. 

• Providing advice/a second opinion on works proposed by managing agents and contractors.  

• Supervising works.
