In comparison to some items, at £4, this really was excellent value for money. Simple to use, it simply slots in-between the door and frame to see whether fire doors are compliant. This is not used on every door, as most of the properties I survey do not have fire doors. Its mainly used where there has been a recent second floor of accommodation added or in HMO's.
