It was great to attend the SOLD OUT inaugural Concrete Communities (@concretecommunities) event on Wednesday evening at The Workstation.
Leanne Cloudsdale (@leannecloudsdale) hosted the panel where J. L. Womersley’s Grade II* Listed masterpiece, Park Hill was fiercely debated in both its original and refurbished form. The thoughts behind the reconfiguration and refurbishment were lovingly explained by Mark Latham (Urban Splash, @weareurbansplash) and Annalie Riches (Mikhail Riches, @mikhailriches ) before the discussion opened up with the panel including:
Charlie Monaghan – The Modern House (@charlie__monaghan)
Phin Harper – Open City (@phinharper, @opencity_uk)
Eddy Rhead – The Modernist (@themodernist
Craig Oldham – Office of Craig (@officeofcraig)
Sadhana Jagannath – an Environmental Psychologist (@sadhanaj9)
Also included are some drone photos I took in 2022 for good measure.
Looking forward to the next event, hopefully, I’ll be able to get a ticket!
